Logistics Information

Free shipping within the Philippines.

2. Order Processing Time
After an order is successfully placed, we will process and arrange shipment according to the order sequence.
Order processing usually takes about 3 working days.
Deliveries may be made on weekends and public holidays, depending on courier arrangements.

Orders typically arrive within 7–10 working days after shipment.


Delivery & Signing Instructions

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing your order.

  • Upon receiving the package, please check the items immediately, including:

    • Whether the outer packaging is intact

    • Whether the quantity matches your order

    • Whether all items listed are included

If the package is damaged, opened, or torn, you have the right to refuse delivery.

If you are unable to sign in person, you may authorize another person to receive the package on your behalf.
The courier is only responsible for delivering to the specified address; any person at the address may sign for the package, and delivery to a specific individual is not guaranteed.

Once the order is confirmed, order details cannot be modified. Please ensure your address and contact information are correct. We appreciate your understanding.


Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient or incorrect information, the courier will hold the package for up to 5 days.
We will notify you by email. Please reply promptly or contact customer service.
If no response is received within 5 days, the order will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be arranged.


Return & Refund

  1. If the product you received is defective, you may request a full refund.

  2. Return and refund conditions are subject to the details stated on the product page and during checkout.

  3. Returned items must include all original products, gifts, accessories, packaging, and documents.
    If an invoice was provided, it must be returned as well. Otherwise, we may refuse the return or refund request.

  4. You agree that, when necessary, we may handle required documents (such as invoices or credit notes) on your behalf in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
